NOTES FOR THIS SHOW:

This will be a one-ring show.
This show is a VADA/Nova partner show.
Rides in this show will count toward the By Chance Farm Championship Show in November (status TBD).
IMPORTANT: Do not pay for rides via the By Chance Farm online portal. Pay for your rides online using the Wyndham Oaks portal, as explained below.

HOW TO ENTER THE SHOW:

Enter the Show: Complete and submit the online entry form below. Submit between the opening and closing dates above. Include digital Coggins and digital release form or bring them to the show. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to pay the ride fee(s) unless you scratch before 10PM of the closing date or actual show closing date, whichever comes first.
Payment: Do NOT pay for rides via the By Chance Farm online portal. Pay before the show via PayPal, using the email address wyndhamoaks@gmail.com. If you cannot pay via PayPal, bring a check to he show (made out to Wyndham Oaks Farm) to the show.
Show Day: Check in at the show office. If you have not yet paid, bring check (made out to Wyndham Oaks Farm) to the show office. If you have not yet provided a current Coggins and Release Form, bring them to the show office.
