NOTE 1: These files are posted here for educational purposes and may only be used by non-FADS Farms with advanced permission from the FADS webmare (LeslieRaulin@gmail.com).  With permission, non-FADS Farms may link to these files from their web site; they may not be downloaded and posted on non-FADS Farms websites without permission.

NOTE 2: FADS shows must use FADS ShowWare (click here) for their show data, which is much easier for you and for me.  However, you must be using a PC.  The program does not run on Apple devices.

NOTE 3: FADS shows must use the FADS online entry form, which is easy for entrants and for show secretaries.

NOTE 4: FADS does not provide a template for a hold harmless agreement.  This is a legal document that should be custom drafted for your shows. 

ACCIDENT PREPAREDNESS PLAN: It is recommended that each volunteer be provided a copy of an accident preparedness plan so they know the procedure in the event of an accident. Click here for a template for a FADS Accident Preparedness Plan Template. FADS Farms may use this Word template to draft an Accident Preparedness Plan for your FADS show(s).
